Cancelation & Refund Policy

Please read all the points listed below to avoid any confusion

SneakX believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  •  Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 2 days after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • However, a replacement can be made within 2 days of receipt of the product. In case of replacement, only the size of the bought shoes can be replaced for a maximum of 1 times. Return will not be accepted by sneakx.

  • For an incorrect order delivered, it will be a free exchange or full amount refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping fee of ₹ 200/- will be charged on the new exchange or will be deducted from the refund amount. 

  • An incorrect order includes delivery of the incorrect size, color, and product originally ordered, as well as defected products.

  • It is mandatory to share photos of the product received from 4-5 angles, if you are applying for an exchange or return.

  • The customer will receive all notifications regarding exchanges and returns via email and text message at the whatsapp number and email provided by the customer.
